PLEASE READ!!!!!  ARE YOU SPENDING TO MUCH TIME IN THE SALON?

Please be mindful of the service you choose, due to the other booked appointments and length of sevice you preoccupied. If you book a shampoo and you may need a relaxer or color that will add to your stay at salon and possibly run into the time of another book appointment, leave a comment at the time you book and I will confirm it at that time. I want to continue to keep each client satisfied, serviced in a timely matter and give great customer service. Thanks in advance

APPOINTMENTS

We see clients daily between the hours of 9am to 7pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk- in clients at this time.

Please note that in order to keep the prices of our services down and to create a more personalized experience, we do not have front desk staff. Due to this, we encourage you to book your appointment on line by using the BookNow link above.






 

APPOINTMENTS BY PHONE

We are happy to help you book an appointment by phone. If you leave us a phone message, please note that one of our stylist will call you when we are not in service with in 24 hours of leaving us a message. We appreciate your understanding and patience in advance!


SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY APPOINTMENTS

 

We now offer on- line booking for appointments up to 1 hours in advance!!!!!

If you would like to find out if there are any last minute same day appointments available, you are welcome to call us at 713.651.3041 to find out if there is availability.

Leave a message if you would like to take an available appointment and your stylist will return your call to confirm that the appointment is still available and is yours.




 

 

CANCELLATIONS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment is reserved just for you and we look forward to working with you!

Please note that we require 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We know that life can be hectic and that crazy things pop up last minute;

No-shows will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled services to your credit card.

If you are late to your appointment please call us and leave us a message letting us know. We will then be able to modify your appointment to fit our remaining time together, as we cannot be late for our next scheduled appointment.
